At the Law Office of Michele Contreras, we exclusively practice Immigration Law. We are an immigration law firm that handles family and employment-based immigration matters, but over the years, we have developed a particular focus on H-2B visas and green cards for H-2B workers. Because the majority of our cases are H-2B related cases, we are able to constantly stay on top of the H-2B trends and regulations and provide excellent legal representation for a reasonable cost. We have clients all over the United States.
Our attorneys and paralegals are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). AILA members across the country are constantly updated with current trends in the processing of H-2B cases by DOL and USCIS.
